Why Selling?:
I have a handful of projects that take up more than my alotted 24 hours in a day so I have to sell a few of them and focus on 1 or 2. This iPhone app has a lot of potential and I would love to see it go to someone who has the time to take it to the next level. It is truly a one of kind, niche application that can truly be a top performer if given the focus it needs to realize its true potential. We easily have a few thousand dollars tied up into this plus 100's of hours of time invested in this project and would love to see it succeed in the right hands.

Requirements:
1. You must have an iPhone app developer membership or sign up for one so that we can migrate ownership to your Apple developer account.

2. At least 5-10 hours per week minimum of work. Simply update your database once per week, takes about an hour depending on how many updates you get, I will definitely give you some training on how to update the database. Its fairly simple, I can prob teach you in 15 minutes. The rest of your time may be spent doing some form of marketing.
